Edo has led a broad range of significant transactions, including a USD 19 million loan restructuring, a share acquisition valued at IDR 455 billion, and dispute matters exceeding IDR 21 billion. He previously served as Legal Manager at Infinity Music Group, where he led the Indonesian legal function and advised on numerous cross-border transactions and intellectual property acquisitions with an aggregate value exceeding IDR 1 trillion. His experience spans the full transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence to negotiation and execution.
